07FAQ

Procurement, answered.

The questions institutional buyers ask before sending the first PO.

01Do you issue a facture fiscale?
Yes. Snaprint SARL issues conforme facture fiscale, devis and bon de livraison for every order. Documents are sent by email after delivery; originals on request.
02Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. We handle one-off urgent jobs (e.g. 50 business cards before tomorrow morning) and recurring institutional contracts. Pricing reflects volume but small orders are welcome.
03How do payments work?
Standard terms: virement bancaire to our RIB Attijari, or bank cheque, on receipt of facture. For first-time clients we may request 50% on order confirmation. Cash also accepted on small orders.
04How many BAT revisions are included?
Two free revisions per item. Beyond that, additional revisions are billed at cost. We pause production until the BAT is validated in writing — no surprises in the final output.
05What happens if a print is rejected?
Our QA layer catches most issues before delivery. If a defect slips through, we reprint at our cost — Snaprint absorbs the partner's mistake, the client never does. Reported within 48h of delivery.
06Do you deliver outside Tunis?
Tunis & banlieue: same-day or next-day by our Peugeot Partner K9. Other governorates: dispatched via Aramex / Jax with tracking — usually 24–48h. Event setups handled in person nationwide on request.
